The staff were friendly and really helpful, plus the location was great with a bus stop really close by. We loved having our own private bathroom in the rooms. 😊.

Loved Playa del Ingles, the hotel was lovely small and gorgeous near public transport. The location was exceptionally nice and unbeatable, at a short distance from Yumbo Centrum. And it was also next to a taxi station, restaurants and cafes, and supermarket.

The area was really noisy.

the place was fairly clean, our room was quiet and reasonably spacious. the bed was extremely comfy, and the room itself was quiet. the staff were pleasant and polite up until the day we left.

The total experience was quite comfortable, I would recommend. That was good small and gorgeous hotel set in great area, not far from beaches, the centre, and the Canary Islands. I really enjoyed the breakfast and cafe where they served it. The location was good and marvellous, a short walk to The Incredible Hulk Coaster.

The place was clean and offered free parking. The bed was extremely comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The staff were exceptionally kind and provided us with helpful assistance throughout our stay. Our room was warm and cozy, enhancing our experience. The cafe was ideal for breakfast, and the hotel's central location made it easy to access public transport.
